Frequently Asked Questions
Which power station is compatible with PRO22 Optional Battery Module(J010)?
Only PoweXon PRO22 Power Station (Y010) is compatible with the optional battery battery(J010).
How can I connect PoweXon Optional Battery Module(J010) to PRO22 Power Station n(Y010)?
Please make sure that the power station is switched off before connecting. Then, connect the power station and the battery module using the cable provided. After the connection is established, switch on the power station. The LCD screen will display the quantity of connected battery modules, indicating a successful connection.
Can I charge the PRO22 Power Station with solar panel?
Yes, you can connect solar panels with an output voltage below DC60V and maximum capacity of 800W to charge the power station.
Can PRO22 Power Station be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?
It can be an emergency power source (EPS), which will have the same result as UPS for most electronics. Here's the difference. When your PRO22 Power Station is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, PRO22 automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 10 milliseconds. That means anything connected will not have power for 10 milliseconds, which may mean sensitive electronics like desktop computers and data servers turn off. Test your devices individually to see if they need UPS to stay powered.
How many PowerXon PRO22 Optional Battery Modules can be connected to one PRO22 Power Station?
Each PRO22 Power Station can connect up to 3 optional battery modules.
When charging a device, will the power in the optional battery module be used first?
When PowerXon PRO22 Power Station is connected to optional batteries, the power of all devices will automatically balance. This ensures stable battery health.
What is the max power output of the AC output ports?
The AC output ports can deliver a maximum of 2000W to connected devices.
What should I do when using a solar charger to charge PowerXon PRO22 Power Station?
The solar input supports a 12-60V solar charger with a PA45 connector. We
recommend using PowerXon Solar Panel (800W) to get the best compatibility.
Can the USB-C ports be used to charge PowerXon PRO22 Power Station (input only) or are they output only?
The USB-C ports support output only.
What should I do when AC recharging fails?

The optimal charge level for storage is around 60 %. Do not store this device completely discharged.
